Back in February Desmond was picked up after being hit by a car and badly injured. He had to recieve ongoing vet treatment after, sadly, having to get his left eye removed and his jaw wired. This never really seemed to get him down though as he was always very happy and friendly. After making a superb recovery, he did a star turn on STV's The Hour in June and was quickly re-homed to his new owner, David McLaughlin (pictured) on the 15th of last month. We're so pleased everything has worked out so well and that there was a loving new home out there for him.
