Seafield Mural: Public Consultation

When: Tuesday 10 July, 2018, 5:30pm
Where: Edinburgh Dog and Cat Home, 26 Seafield Road East, EH15 1EH

Thanks to the support of the Edinburgh Shoreline project, Edinburgh Dog and Cat Home is kick-starting a project to develop a beautiful mural on its sea-facing wall at the end of the Portobello Prom.

The mural is expected to communicate a joint message between all three partners (Edinburgh Shoreline project, Edinburgh Dog and Cat Home and the local public) of the importance of the shoreline and the landscape, ecology and culture of Seafield and Portobello to people and our four-legged friends.

Next Tuesday 10th July, the Home will host a community consultation on key messages that the mural should tell. We would welcome the input of staff, local residents, community groups and supporters.

The consultation will be led by mural artists N_Name.
