As our key maintenance person you will be committed to ensuring our site and charity shops are kept in a good state of repair and maintained safely for our furry residents and guests.

When a problem arises that you can’t handle on your own you will work with your line manager to find a solution, gather quotes, and help oversee the project.

In addition to repairs and facilities supervision you will transport dogs and cats to the vet, as well as uplift or drop of donations for the home and charity shops as needed.

Given the nature of this role it is important that you have experience in building maintenance and can fulfil minor multi-trade maintenance requests. An understanding and awareness of health and safety is essential as well as a willingness to carry out further training as required.
